GoodMills Innovation is the innovation, research and development unit of the GoodMills Group and is located in Hamburg, Germany. The company is a leading provider of sustainable, healthy and tasty solutions for European manufacturers of baked goods, snacks and plant-based alternatives.
Refining and improving the properties of cereal and legume flours with innovative technologies that are not available to conventional mills is a priority – allowing GoodMills Innovation to develop solutions for healthier products with better taste, a smaller ecological footprint, easier processing and savings on raw materials.
